Melon Computer (melon.computer) is a virtual museum inside the game Minecraft.
The Minecraft server hosts several galleries, displaying works by 30+ artists from all over the world. Some works are images imported into the game, others are texts or virtual installations built with in-game materials.
Melon Computer periodically has open calls for new art exhibitions. Past exhibitions had gallery opening events that took place in the game and were streamed to YouTube. The opening events included DJ performances where the music would stream live on the website, while players attended virtual dance floors inside the game.
